Available Spaces
Sunset Overlook offers three versatile spaces perfect for hosting private events. Choose from the cozy Pilot’s Lounge, the scenic Patio (available to book as a half, full, or exclusive option), or the entire venue for larger gatherings. Each space provides a unique ambiance to suit any occasion. Below, you'll find more detailed information about each space to help plan your event. Seasonal rates vary based on the time of year.*

PILOT'S LOUNGE
PATIO
ENTIRE VENUE
The Pilot's Lounge comfortably seats 23 guest, which includes 3 tables (12 seats) on our covered patio to give your guest more space to sit and mingle.
The Half Back Patio comfortably hold 40-50 guests. The space is not completely covered however you would have one gazebo in the space and umbrellas over tables.
The Entire Back Patio can hold up to 100 guests. The full space includes two gazebos, umbrellas over the tables, and sails between the cabanas.
The Entire Venue holds up to 180 guests. It includes two inside rooms, the bar, the front and back porches. Includes covered gazebos and igloo.
